Why we started
Dubai Photo Collective is a community for everyone behind a camera — built on a simple idea: photography is better together.
Great photos take time to develop — and so does a great community. Dubai Photo Collective began with a simple frustration: Dubai is one of the most photogenic cities on earth, yet it was hard to find your people — photographers to walk with, learn from, and share the work with.
So we built the thing we wished existed. A place with no gatekeeping and no gear-snobbery, where a beginner shooting on a phone is as welcome as a pro with a bag full of lenses. Whether you want to master manual mode, find a Saturday-morning shooting buddy, or simply be around people who light up at good light — you belong here.

Everyone's welcome
Any camera, any level. Phones absolutely count, and no question is ever too basic.

You improve by getting out and shooting — not just reading about it. So we shoot, together, often.
